10:30 am Presentation by art historian Rossella Savarese on the topic: WOMEN, ART, AND PEACE BETWEEN PAST AND FUTURE

11:00 am Exhibition opening, with a presentation by the artist.

The idea is for a meeting that begins with works by great women artists held within the Museum, especially Artemisia Gentileschi's Magdalene, and culminates in a contemporary exhibition by artist Giusy Lauriola with her project "SVANIRE," which invites public interaction on the theme of Peace.

The Le Amiche Del Museo Correale ETS association, in collaboration with the Museum, will organize its FIDAM Day on October 12, 2025.

The exhibition will be held in the Correale Museum in Sorrento and will be open to the public from October 12 to 18.

The initiative will involve schools, including middle school classes, to raise awareness among students about the ever-timely topic of Peace.
